Everyone from the office, technicians that did the consultation and estimate to the technicians that completed the work were awesome! Very professional and friendly! Informative. Taylor explained what they would be doing while they were here. Appreciate their hard work and work ethic!

What a phenomenal company. Owens installed a woodstove for us and their professionalism was bar none. The installers were so great and a huge shout out to Taylor who not only sold us the unit but knew every detail about the mechanics of the woodstove. We had to call him quite a few times to learn how to use the stove and he patiently answered every question and even came out and demonstrated the operation, bringing his own wood! We are amazed at Taylor’s knowledge and expertise. And kindness as well ! Highly recommend these guys!

Owens Chimney Systems helped with a rusty and stained chimney cap. The fireplace is no longer in use and the cap was aesthetically unappealing and needed work prior to a future install of a new roof. Owens Chimney Systems went over solutions to make the cap look better. The professionalism and management of the job was exceptional and timely as it is a busy time of year for them! The workmanship was fabulous and completed efficiently and in a reasonable time for such work. Thank you so much, Owens Chimney Systems, for coming to the rescue!

Very thorough explanation and work on our situation. First person to figure out the real problem of the new installation of the fireplace He did complete evaluation of old and new unit and explained what was wrong. Professional and attention to detail Patient with workmanship. Definitely would recommend and welcome Taylor back when service is needed.
