After reading the reviews of this place I was expecting it to be a nightmare. I arrived and Venise made my pick up so easy of course I had a drop and hook but literally 5 minutes after Checking in I was assigned a door tonight drop and a door to get my loaded trailer. Within 15 minutes I was in and out very easy place and that lady Venise was an amazing woman and very professional. I can’t speak for the live loads and unloads but overall I had a great experience there.

Girl at the counter was rude, and as others said she never stands up but instead shouts across the room, which is hard to hear. Then it takes over 3 hrs to load and when they’re finally done I discover they damaged my trailer and I can’t shut the doors, wasting even more time for repairs. This place needs some major improvements in the warehouse staff department.

Yes it’s busy all the time but to be honest they always take 2-3 hours unloading sometimes less I don’t think that is to bad for this kind off huge distribution very good staff

Drive up to security shack to check in, i guess the rules have changed. Do not park on street to check in. MUST HAVE HIVI Vest. I picked up a loaded trailer so I am lucky

Honestly, I’ve had worse! It does take a little longer than the average, but it’s not that bad. The girl upfront at guard shack is polite, and the overall live load was fine. But, be prepared to wait.
