New homeowner in Williamsburg, Owen's Heating was recommended to service our HVAC system. Easy to schedule, we had Greg come out to do the annual Fall maintenance. He arrived on time and answered many questions before doing the service. Seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional. Being a new house, he found no problems and ended his visit with a recap and explanation of the annual Spring maintenance. Very satisfied with the whole process. I have always had responsive and efficient service by very knowledgeable technicians. They are a family and treat you like family. They recently fixed a problem for me and I will always be indebted to Jesse for going the extra mile!

I heard good things about Owens and called them to sign up for their yearly service agreement after being very dissastisfied with my previous service provider. The Owens technician, Jeffrey, came today to check and service my heating system for the winter. Jeffrey was excellent, and I am more than happy with the service I received. Jeffrey was courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He also took time to answer my questions and provide helpful tips on maintaining the system. It was a very positive experience, and I am very happy I signed on with Owens. I highly recommend this company.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Had two ducts replaced and the intake section of my furnace cleaned by Conner. He did a great job and cleaned up. Great pricing and communication. They are Veteran friendly. Will hire again. Will pass on the company name.

I called Ownes Heat and Cooling in Williamsburg Va when I needed help with my heating system.I had no heat generated since the night before.zit was 58 in my home when I got up .I read many reviews for Williamsburg area.The ones that stood out were all about how skilled,HONEST and reliable they were! zso I called them,Casey answered ,listened to my problem and said she would try to send someone out today! She called back to say Jessie would be here today and would text me to tell me when he would arrive.He came in about 2hrs from my initial call and got right to work.He said a capacitor had gone and needed to be replaced.Went out to his truck and came back in and exchanged the new one! My heating fan could work again! They were wonderful ,I called the Company to tell them how wonderful
