Last night had a tech named Mark come to my home for a door with poor closing, Mark was great. He took the lock apart and cleaned it and made adjustments to the door. I did not realize how bad the lock and door was until he repaired it. This is why I support small family business. It has to be 3 years or more since this door closed properly. Great service at great prices!

I cannot say enough about P&M. I have used them several times and they are great. Both times they were at my property within an hour. Mark is so nice and professional. Their pricing is unbeatable in my opinion especially for the quality service you get. They are neat and so quick! I had a special key that I used and Mark even went out of his way to go back to the office so he could key me another one! Do not use anyone else - you won't be disappointed!

This place is the real deal. I needed an ignition installed in my car and using a screwdriver, I was able to start my car and drove it to P&M Locksmiths. Very friendly, professional staff there. I was greeted by Mary, and then Phil dropped whatever he was working on to come out to the parking lot to look at the situation. A DIFFERENT Locksmith had drilled out my ignition and I bought a new one online, to be installed. Phil has the old housing out and the new ignition in place, rather quickly. Mark was there now and we went to start my car but there was too damage to the ignition switch from using a screwdriver..
