LAX continues to impress with its efficiency and energy, making travel smoother than expected. The terminals are clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate even during busy hours. Most notably, the TSA workers are absolutely amazing—professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitudes and clear communication make security a stress-free experience. A great start to any trip.

LAX removed its 15 minute grace period, just another way to pinch its own people for more money. I paid $9 for 13 minutes of parking because Southwest lost my bag and I had to return the following day to retrieve it. I'll gladly pay the daily rate but charging for under 15 minutes? Do better you cheap suits.

I prepaid online the night before and when I arrived, the gate opened for me as I pulled up. I opted to park on the roof; plenty of spots. The exit signage was a little confusing. In case anyone else gets lost, you have to go all the way to the bottom and you enter the airport through arrivals/baggage claim level.

Pre paid my parking and upon arrival trying to exit would not let me out. Service personnel was quick and helpful

I'm with a company that is installing vehicle chargers. Parking structure is nice and close to airport terminals. But this convenience comes at steep cost of 50 dollars a day! And with all the added construction all I can say is please people call ahead before showing up give yourself plenty of extra time when driving through the airport and finding parking. Every day people are in a rush and nearly end up hitting construction personnel or just having a problem in general that could be a very easily avoided. Pretty soon all the parking structures near the terminal will be updated. And now that the new parking structures that are away from the terminals are going to open and with the awaiting of the monorail system the airport will be a very simple place to get around in soon. But for now p
