I called in regards to an electrical issue with a wiring that was found incorrectly done during my remodel to fix and to check the power going to the hot tub as it had shut off. To come out was $165 an more per hour to fix. When they arrived i was informed that they would not look or fix the wiring that I was referring to. I need to completely replace my electrical panel and redo entire wiring in the house at which they would only do if the house was being remodeled. Hence my frustration- I would have never of agreed for them to come out if I had known that from the get go. Ralph and his team installed a new electric level 2 car charger in my garage. P3 has done other work for us before including the installation of a permanent whole house emergency generator so he knows our systems well. He knew he would need a current limiting device to make sure, that should the power go out and we switched over to the generator power, we didn't want the car to be charging using the limited generator fuel. I didn't think of this, but P3 and their team has done enough of these type of installations that they did. They purchased the parts, got the permit and did the actual work in one morning.
