Parked our car in the garage from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning the weekend of the NYC Marathon in early November 2025. Pulled out of the garage and had error messages in my Volvo that my front hood was not closed. Well, it was. Drove 5 hours home. Next day into the Volvo service dept. and they said the rats chewed through my wiring harness that included the sensor for the hood. $850 later. Not going to park there again. Sorry guys, I know it's not your fault, but I don't want to temp fate again!

I recently had my car serviced at this garage, and unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed that a $100 of cash, which was stored in the glove compartment, had been stolen. It was evident that someone at the garage went through my personal belongings without my permission. I trusted this place with my car, but now I feel violated and deeply disappointed by the lack of integrity shown by the staff. I strongly advise others to be cautious if considering this garage for any services. It's a real shame, as I expected professionalism and honesty, but instead, I was left with a terrible experience.

Nice attendants and good location (87th St. and Lexington). It has two elevator bay doors. In December 2023, their posted rates were $42 for overnight parking plus an $8.45 oversize SUV daily fee, and 18.4% tax (standard for NYC garages). If you have an SUV, I would recommend this parking garage because of the elevator bay doors and the professional staff.

Best early bird special on the UES! $20 (in by 11am and out by 7pm) and the staff is very friendly. Never had any issues!
