P.A.C.E. Appliance Repair

PACE appliance was assigned to me through my Extended Warranty to repair my Whirlpool refrigerator. From the first conversation to the last Kristina was very professional with helping me with arranging the service calls , communication with the Warranty Repair company and the other issues that had come up along the way over the almost 4 month process. Bobby was also professional and provided excellent service. My fridge is running smoothly now. Thank you all!!

I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristina. Kristina was great, went above and beyond to help me diagnose/trouble shoot issue to see if it was worth putting money into before sending a technician out. I would definitely recommend this company! professionalism and eager to help/guide a potential customer in making the right descion!

Do not use this company. They act like they want to help but will not be on time for appointments, charge a service fee that they say will go towards the replacing the bad part on the appliance and do not replace the part. After this, they did not reach back out until I called to tell me they can't help me. This was different from what I asked before initial appointment and during the appointment. Update: Pace' response to my review is incorrect. The tech never called me about being late. I had to call them, then he called me. After calling me saying he was 15 minutes out, it was still over an hour. The tech stated in my home that he's seen this before and had a solution. The tone seemed to change when I reached out to the company after not hearing anything for nearly two weeks. Everyon

Quick repair on my oven & Bobby fixed the broken control panel bracket. He had to be creative & use a plastic piece from a container he had in his truck! Greatly appreciate I'd use this company again.

It’s never fun dealing with an out of warranty refrigerator repair. The professionals at PACE made it a good experience though. Clear, prompt and transparent communication by Kristina who scheduled appointments quickly and got approvals from LG for the part. Bobby was the first technician we worked with, he is also the owner. He logically explained the issue and made practical recommendations based on his experience dealing with similar issues. His expertise was immediately apparent. For the follow up appointment, Noah was our technician and smoothly replaced the fan module and got everything back up and working. They did not charge us labor for the follow up visit which I thought was a great customer service gesture. Would happily recommend the professionals at PACE for refrigerator main
