Pace Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. I was experiencing a small leak in an upstairs bedroom and they repaired my roof with a new layer of White Modified Bitumen. The crew worked hard to remove a thick layer of snow and ice from the roof before they could even get started. They do great work and offer an awesome warranty!

I’ve completed a lot of roofing projects over my years as a Property Manager, from small row homes to complex commercial roofing, and I’m happy to say that my experience with PACE Roofing was top notch. They were quick to respond at every stage of the process and always honest. This was a smaller roofing project for me but they provided a very competitive price, excellent materials, and professional workers. Pace did a terrific job repairing my multi-roof row home. They responded promptly to my initial call and scheduled the job right away. In addition, they returned the next day to finish power washing my steps and the pavement on both sides. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough great things about Pace Roofing. They truly went above and beyond for us. We had an ongoing roof issue right before the first major snowstorm, and they came out last minute and handled it quickly and professionally. With bad weather approaching, they understood the urgency and made it a priority — which gave us so much peace of mind. What meant the most to us was how they treated my elderly landlord. She doesn’t travel well, and they made it a point to drive an hour to the Northeast to meet with her in person, explain the work they planned to perform, and get her full approval before starting. That level of respect, patience, and professionalism is rare. They followed up afterward to make sure everything was good, and since the repair, we haven’t had a single leak.
