Pachal Construction and Coatings

We hired Steve to coat our garage floor with an epoxy finish in April 2020. We paid in full with the understanding that he would return and finish the trim around the garage which he never did complete. Called and emailed multiple times with no response. Got in touch with him by using another phone number and he again promised to finish the work and has yet to do so. Steve said that the work was guaranteed for 3 years and there is already a crack forming in the epoxy. Again, no way of getting him to respond. Friendly and seemed like an honest person at the start but turned out to not honor his commitments and we can no longer seem to reach him with calls and emails. Horrible customer service and I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with Pachal Construction and Coating.
