Can't say enough positive comments about working with Josh Pacheco! He is so thorough and has such attention to detail! Quality professional work that you KNOW will be done right. He really cares about his work. He knows the products he installs inside and out and can explain all aspects of their use. After the install, he takes the time to run the equipment and make sure everything is functioning as it's supposed to, while he walks you through the manuals if needed and explains how to work the equipment. I’m had a heater that was not working properly. Josh came out the same day, did a through inspection of the unit. He found the issue and explained it so I could clearly understand. He took pictures and showed me the issue. The unit needed replacing. He was able to get the unit to work, while we prepared for the new unit. He installed the new one, just two days later and did a great job. Very professional, good attention to detail and very professional. My place is nice and toasty thanks to Josh and Josh.
