We had used PAC in the past with no problems but this company has become one of the most unreasonable and unscrupulous companies out there. DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU!! I was told they would come out and give us an free estimate. They sent a tech out who was here for less than an hour and left stating that he would have a quote in a couple days. Now, keep in mind this tech did absolutely ZERO WORK when he was here. I didn't hear from them for a week so I called back to see if they had a quote yet. I was told that they would get back to me in a day or so. The next thing I know, I receive an invoice for 2.5 hours of service and a $65 truck fee, which also was NEVER disclosed!
