One of the burners on our gas drive wouldn't turn off. We called Pacific Appliance Solutions (after turning off the gas shutoff valve, of course). Denis can't it the next day, on a weekend, diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. He then returned as soon as possible to do the work quickly and professionally and we have a fully functional stove and oven again.

Same day service and the most hard-working technician, Nikolai. He drove to Portland to get the part I needed and came back at night to install it despite having a case of food poisoning. We are so grateful! The machine is an oldie but a goodie and is now still going strong at 28 years old.

You can’t even imagine how desperate I was — I truly thought my mixer was trashed. It’s a commercial-grade mixer, with no manual (I lost it), no visible damage, just a complete mystery issue. Multiple electricians and handymen refused to even take the job. Then Denis came along — and he was absolutely outstanding. Extremely professional, clean, knowledgeable, and determined to figure it out. Not only did he diagnose the problem, but he made it work. My jaw literally dropped. Stop looking any further! Denis did a fantastic job with our microwave! We were having issues with the latch, and he identified and resolved the problem in no time. I'd highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their appliances.

Denis quickly responded to my call he came out on a Saturday after locating a part we thought would not be available for 3-4 days!! He was efficient and quick. Denis was very knowledgeable and took the time to education me on the needs of my washer.
