I hired Pacific Carpet Care to clean my tile floors and my oriental rug on top of the tile. Their crew arrived just on time. The technicians were very nice and friendly. They inspected the floor and the grout and didn't waste any time by preparing for the service. They thoroughly cleaned the tiles and brushed the grout, and when they finished I literally had a brand new floor. They took the Oriental rug to be washed professionally at their warehouse. Again I was surprised of how well it got cleaned. Thank you Pacific Carpet for an excellent service and a great customer support

For almost nine years, we've closely collaborated with Sigi and her team at Pacific Carpet Care, relying on them for carpet cleaning across three suites at our off-site CHLA location. They really took the time to clean every spot and the carpet stayed nice without returning spots. Roy the owner is very profession and easy to work with. He did everything he could to make us happy.

Great company, excellent and professional service. Pacific Carpet have cleaned my tile floors in my kitchen and bath. The tile and grout looked brand new after the cleaning. The next day I had them come again to apply the sealer on the grout. Also I have sent my Oriental rug with them to be cleaned. They didn't charge me for pick up and delivery. Their prices are reasonable and the service is great! They are very efficient and know what they are doing. Will highly recommend them.

I was referred by a friend in the Floor covering industry to try the service of Pacific carpet to handle the carpet cleaning needs of a 10 unit apartment complex we manage. So far, the feedback from the tenants have been great... One tenant was very satisfied with them arriving to do the job when they said they would. This was a big plus because our previous cleaner did not always come to take care of the carpet issues at their specified time, and I can tell you that their promptness was a key in my opinion. Very professional and reasonable prices I forgot to mention.
