We had a great experience with Pacific Closets and Garage. Mia did an outstanding job with the measurements and design. She was extremely detail-oriented, thoughtful, and efficient, and made the entire design process smooth and stress-free. Gaby, the project coordinator, was very organized and responsive, keeping everything well managed from start to finish. The installers — Oscar, Tony, and Elder — were highly professional and efficient. They paid great attention to detail and even completed the installation ahead of schedule. Overall, a very professional and well-coordinated team. I highly recommend Pacific Closets and Garage, especially Mia, Gabby, and the installation team.

Great job on my walk-in closet. Mia was my sales contact and she did an excellent job coming over and showing me what she could design for our space. Gaby and Glenn also had fast communication with ordering, invoicing and scheduling. The installation team was very friendly and professional and respectful of our home while they were here. We had a few other companies come out, and her design stood out as our favorite by far. The installation process was seamless, and the installation team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. Everything turned out beautifully, and the quality exceeded our expectations.
