Pacific coast is currently replacing all the flooring in my house from their sales person JR, office team Mayra, delivery Mike and Leo. And the install team it has been a wonderful experience. Jesus and his team are nothing short of amazing watching them work is like watching a well oiled machine it’s pretty amazing. It’s a large install which will take multiple weeks but at the end of the day the house is left clean and useable for my family. I really appreciate the outstanding service and quality work they are doing. Highly recommend using pacific coast flooring.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!!! One of the WORST companies I have EVER delt with! They installed the WRONG carpet in my sister's house right before she was going to put it on the market! They also covered up the HVAC ducts in her house when they installed the carpet there. There's absolutely NO excuse for this at all!

What a helpful company! Kristen helped my find the flooring to match what was in my house when i purchase it two years ago. If she didn't work in retail she could be a detective ! She researched and called me back the same day. Her kindness and welcome was greatly appreciated!!

MUST READ! I recently put carpet in my bedrooms. Chris from PCC was of great help to me and knew what he was talking about. He went above and beyond by taking the carpet scraps and turned them into rugs! Recommend 100%. Great service.
