Pacific Crest Custom Cabinetry

We purchased a two year old Shea built home (now three years old). The paint on all the cabinets (kitchen and bath) was already chipping. The cabinets themselves are sturdy but the paint job appears to be one coat of white paint sprayed over a finished (coated) light wood. When I contacted the company they said the cabinets weren't theirs in spite of the label with their name on it.

Jay did a fantastic job in our home. She came to do some warranty work with our dishwasher and kitchen moulding, and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. She was respectful, pleasant, and even gave love to our dog. :) 5 stars!!!

Beyond frustrated with this company - do not choose them if you have a choice. My husband and I bought a new construction build home from Manor Homes where they contracted Pacific Crest for all of the cabinetry. Some of the cabinets had several dents and scuffs on the surface despite being brand new. At first, they sent someone who was a manager who wasted both of our time. This manager showed up and proceeded to tell me what I should buy to fix these by myself instead of them doing any work... after I let their office know, the older woman who answers the phone was very apologetic and sent two other guys out to "fix" the cabinets. The guys ended up just using small brushes to smear paint over the dents and scuffs unevenly... what I was expecting was for them to at least fill in the dents,

I am amazed by the good reviews I’ve seen on this company, my cabinets were selected by the builder Richmond American so I’m sure they are the lowest quality available, but then again the cabinet manufacturer should be embarrassed to make such a low quality product! Our upper and lower cabinets pulled away from the wall due to being incorrectly installed (not secured into a stud) multiple drawers were broken on our walkthrough, bottoms falling out of drawers and broken glides so drawers wouldn’t open or close properly, and the paint job was sloppy! Very sad!

I had a new construction home. Pacific Crest Custom Cabinetry was responsible for the design and installation. Everything went great. Their follow up work was most impressive. Timothy went above and beyond to make sure all the cabinets were free of defects and full of complete alignment.
