Just finished the roof moss and gutter cleaning, as well as moss treatment using Pacific Diligent service, and I highly recommend it. The communication is smooth and price is reasonable. The appointment is quick to schedule as well. My roof and gutter turned out so clean! I am also impressed that the team who came to work on my roof looked they enjoyed what they do. Regarding communication, I saw some reviews mentioning that they don't always pick up the phone. However, I believe this is because they are saving on labor costs to offer lower prices for their services. If they are not available by phone, they are very quick to respond to emails, which worked well for me. Overall, I highly recommend this company for their efficient and affordable service.
