I have never have used their services. However I was driving down the highway and a rock feel off one of their trucks and left a large crack in my windshield. I contacted them and an auto glass specialist. The glass specialist told me that the window needed to be replaced. I called Pacific Excavation and they told me to go get it fixed at their auto glass people and that they would pay for the replacement. Solid business ethics and much appreciated.

Have not had the most fortunate of using these guys in any business capacity. However one of their drivers was on my bumper down I5 when I was already going 75 miles an hour. When I pulled into the right hand lane to allow them to pass, the passenger, presumably another employee, stuck his finger out the window and flipped me off. Right above their business logo. I don’t know what kind of business they do but they should maybe rethink their hiring practices.
