My Husband and I rent an Apartment Where Pacific Exteriors N.W. is remodeling the Outsides of the building and new decks, new air conditioning systems, new siding and soon will be putting stove exhaust venting soon the complex has 64 apartments. I Want to give a huge thumbs up and 5 stars. It looks fabulous compared to the previous look. Also the staff are so polite and professional. They smile. They wipe feet before they come in

I'm so impressed with Jay and his team at Pacific Exteriors. I had a "worst case" scenario come up suddenly at my rental house when the siding failed and water was coming in from the top floor and flowing all the way into the basement. I called them on a Sunday and Jay came out first thing Monday to do an estimate. His site manager Dmitri and crew started the project the following Monday and made incredible progress in a very short period of time, replacing all of the house's siding and fixing the roof and dry rot areas in just a few days. It was a huge project, but the crew did an amazing job getting all the details right, including adding new flashing to the roof and all of the windows. They repainted the entire house and everything looks really great. Pacific Exteriors helped save

Pacific Exteriors was amazing! They coordinated everything from the siding, to replacing windows and sliding doors on the apartment complex I manage in Aloha. I’m a tenant at a property that Pacific Exteriors is working on, Emerald Place Apartments. All tenants here are pretty disappointed by the lack of professionalism by Pacific Exteriors when it comes to safety. Loud employees, lack of expectations set, and timelines that are delayed by 6+ months. Icing on the cake, my dog stepped on a nail-plank that they just left out right in front of my unit.

Our attorney recently recommended Pacific Exteriors on a large siding replacement and painting project. Unfortunately we had found out that our builder took shortcuts and did not do a good job on necessary waterproofing details to protect our home. We live in the Pacific Northwest!! Thank goodness we found Jay and his team to correct our construction defects as these guys really do quality work. Their customer service is incredible, and always met my needs as I had many questions. Their reputation and experience shows as they really know their trade on repairing poor construction!
