We contracted with Pacific Flooring for engineered hardwood flooring to be installed throughout our house. We are very pleased with the product and the installation done by Ernesto and his team. They did a professional job and were respectful of our house and property. Highly recommend them.

After looking for quite a while at quite a few other places and not finding what I really wanted for my flooring I found Pacific Flooring and it was only a few blocks from my home. Arnesto and Katherine are really friendly and easy to work with. I was able to take home several large samples and keep them for a week. I did decide on something I thought I really liked, but then after Arnesto delivered it and I got a couple cases spread out on the floor. I decided it wasn’t what I wanted after all. They were nice enough to work with me and they let me exchange it. He even came and picked up the flooring that I had picked out and delivered the new flooring. The new flooring looks awesome. I’d been looking for a very specific flooring and Pacific Flooring was the only one that checked all the boxes while also being the most competitive bid. Within less than a week, Ernesto and his crew sourced all the products, got my custom stair nosings, and had everything installed. Without sacrificing quality, they got it all done in one day and even sent out a team the following morning to professionally clean the entire area. We LOVE our new floors, Pacific Flooring did a fantastic job!! We initially reached out a few months ago, but decided to hold off and conduct further research. When we followed up to say we were ready, not only did Ernesto remember us, but he also came over the same day to do a walkthrough, as we wanted some additional rooms done. When it was time to do the job, the crew was professional, pleasant, respectful, and very kind! They completed the job in 2 1/2 days, and I cannot tell you how happy we are with their work.
