Called and very rude person answered. Didn’t answer with the name of the business so I asked if this was Pacific Glass. All I got is “what do you need”? I said to start off with to find out if I called the right place. He said I’m retired I’m referring everyone to Reliable Glass and hung up. Well remove your site. Reliable Glass you will not get my business either based off this representation. If you are going to leave your site up. Remove the biblical verses. They don’t reflect your approach. I see several reviews regarding your unprofessionalism now.

Great Job! I stopped by & ordered 2 glass shelves for my mother's china cabinet. They smoothed the edges & they were a perfect fit. The glass was ready in less than a week. I highly recommend Pacific glass.

Dan exceeded my expectations. Kelly was equally as good. They went the extra mile to find the right part for my quirky window & did so quickly. They got right back to me & actually fixed the window—something another company (Open Enclose) failed to do. Excellent service. Very customer oriented. Highly recommend this company. They will do right by you & charge reasonable prices.

This is a late review but must be mentioned. I contacted Pacific Glass about installing a dog door in my patio slider after being told by another local company that there would be a long wait period for the glass. I spoke with Kevin and he was able to have a tech come out for the measurements within the same week. Angel was great and professional. Once the glass came in, which was about 2-3 weeks, Angel and crew installed my new glass with dog door. The glass is the exact same as the original and the dog door functions perfectly. Could not be more pleased with the services provided and would recommend to others. Would use them again for any glass/window services needed. Thank you Pacific Glass!

Our experience with Pacific Glass and window for a bi-pass shower door was terrific. We have an old house and nothing is square. They worked and installed a beautiful product that exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. The installers were professional and pleasant.
