For some projects, it’s best to go with the specialists! We wanted to replace our wood burning fireplace with either a propane or electric insert, and we are so glad we hired Pacific Hearth & Home. We pursued DIY, buying a unit online and hiring our own electrician/plumber/handyman and shopped the local fireplace shops. Jersey came to our place early in the process and made recommendations/sent three different quotes as we thought through our options. After going to their beautiful new showroom and considering his recommendations for features and aesthetics (particularly choosing one with a maximum glass viewing area vs framing trim to fit the opening), we ultimately decided on the Regency Ei33 Electric. From start to finish, Randy was patient helping me select the perfect fireplace (even when I kept changing design); Rick and Cody arrived as scheduled and were very clean, neat, and SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE installing it. We enjoyed our experience designing and installing our Mendota gas fireplace from Hearth & Home. From the start, the customer service from Alex Perez was exceptional. The team was very responsive to our various questions and requests. Our project was somewhat complex in that we were redesigning an existing wall and moving the fireplace to the center of the room. The installers did a great job installing the unit. The finishing touches and first lighting were performed flawlessly by Dave. Overall we are very pleased and now the centerpiece of our home is our Mendota fireplace.

We are very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Pacific Hearth & Home’s employees. Alex Perez, our sales consultant, helped us find the perfect fireplace insert and stayed in contact with us through the installation process. Cody and Justin, our installers, were on time and did not leave until they were confident everything was perfect and we could use the remote. Not always so easy for seniors. We would welcome Alex, Cody and Justin back to our home anytime.

Had a great experience all around, getting two gas inserts installed in my house. Alex in sales helped us figure out what we wanted, and took many calls and answered the questions that we had. Jersey, his coworker, help make small changes when Alex was out. Justin and Rick did an amazing install. All in all, the process took a handful of weeks, maybe? Very impressed. I highly recommend them.
