Pacific Outdoor Living is very professional without losing that personalized touch! Our yards were not that big but they treated us like million dollar customers! It all started with our desire to mitigate the fire risk to our property. We had several wooden structures connected to, or in close proximity, to our house. We also needed our pool remodeled. We waited 30 years for this project; I could never find someone that understood my vision for a changed driveway approach and an open courtyard to our front door. It did not stop there though, the execution of the plan was fantastic, with each team coming timely and working tirelessly to make our tired old yard a showcase! We used Pacific Outdoor Living for a complete backyard makeover three years ago, and it still looks amazing today. Their process made all the difference. They first came to our house, then created a CAD drawing along with a cost estimate. You pay for that step, and if you want to move forward, the next step is a 3D drawing. After reviewing the drawings, they move into preparing the plans, and once you receive those, you sign the contract and the work begins.
