TOTAL MECHANICAL Air Conditioning & Heating

I am a tenant in an apartment in Glendale and just when the weather got colder, my Central AC unit decided to go crazy. I thought perhaps my ancient thermostat had died and reached out the the apartment manager for help. Luckily for me, the apartment manager hired TOTAL MECHANICAL for the job. Great decision. TOTAL MECHANICAL sent their technician HARRY out to diagnose the problem. He showed up on time and tested my old thermostat. Then he spent a half hour on the roof and identified the real problem - the blower motor needed replacement. Harry was back the next day, on time again, and with the replacement part. He spent about an hour installing the new motor and then to my surprise, replaced the thermostat with a more modern unit and showed me how to use it. Bottom line - these guys were
