I recently had Pacific Reglazing Inc. out for a project in La Verne, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! The technician was professional, respectful, and went above and beyond by repairing rusted areas and severe damage around the drain flange, leaving the tub looking brand new. The office staff was equally impressive—prompt, professional, and quick to provide an estimate after receiving photos of the work. I appreciated the courtesy call the day before to confirm the appointment time as well. The homeowner was extremely satisfied with the outcome, which made my job so much easier. We have used Pacific Reglazing for a bathtub and three or four times over many years for the same sink. Overall, the workmanship has been fantastic. The last reglazing of the sink had some problems and it was taken care of so it is again perfect. Great company great communication, great service.

What the heck happened? I am an apartment owner and had used Pacific Reglazing for what I estimate was 14 years (maybe longer), and probably for around 30+ jobs. Over the past few years not only has its customer service gone from marginal to poor, but the quality of its product has failed in so many of my jobs that I am spending thousands of dollars to have the jobs redone by another company. You might ask why didn't I complain and ask for help from Pacific Reglazing? I did. I sent pictures of peeling finish. I had other pros out to look at the work. I sent numerous polite requests to the operations manager to visit the sites. He went once to one jobsite a year ago and then pinned it on abuse.
