I am happy to say that the installation of my soft water cylinder was quick and efficient. Johnny made sure that I was satisfied with the work. I was and I am hopeful to receive great service from Pacific Water Conditioning in the years ahead. Arthur explained how often the deliveries would be as well as the cost.

I had a water softener unit installed and Arthur did amazing job explaining everything to me, he came out and looked at my pipes and told me what my options were. Once we decided on a unit, we scheduled my appointment which was a few days later. Manny came and installed the unit, he was so professional and nice. He made everything look so clean! What a difference the water softener has made, no more hard water!! Would definitely use Pacific Water Conditioning again.

We changed out another Co. water conditioner for the Pacific's bi-weekly service. Arthur did amazing job explaining everything to us, he did a water hardness test, our water was super high on the results. We knew that we wanted to switch to the bi-weely service as we were getting tired for not having soft water as we were promised by the other Co. So we scheduled the appointment for a few days later. Manny came and installed the connectors for the new tank, he was so professional and nice (loved the Dodger hat he wore). He made everything look so clean! I was a customer of this company for over 8 years, trusting that I was getting quality service for what I was paying. Recently, I started testing my water after reading reviews, only to discover that my water was just as hard as untreated tap water. In other words, the water softener I was renting all these years wasn’t doing anything. When I asked the company to remove the tank, the technician left my house without hot water — a problem that never existed before. I had to call them back again, and when the second tech came, he parked on my driveway and left a massive oil spill behind. Now I’m stuck with a stained driveway on top of everything else. Sure can. Arthur was professional and I'm glad he knocked on my door. The customer service at Culligan was awful. So, it was refreshing to know I had options. The communications I've had with Pacific Water Conditioning have been positive. It's a plus to know you are a family owned small business - made in the USA ☺️❤️ and have completive pricing. I even got one month free for signing up! The initial installation required copper piping installed and it looks really neat and professionally done. The delivery driver is always on time and I hardly know he's here. If I didn't have a dog that barks at the truck I wouldn't know at all He is very respectful of my property - trustworthy.
