Great warranty response but I must say good thing they offer a warranty because you will have to use it. The quality of the installation is questionable and the material are mediocre. These blind slats are one directional and only close when you move them upward and you still have sun gaps between the slats (check out attached photos). Don't expect black out or darkening effect. Also I ask for Satin, but their satin is more of a flat paint. I suggest glossy paint on your wood blinds if you want to be able to clean easier and avoid dust. After buying mine I wish I would have paid the extra money for better quality. Because as the repairman is here fixing the slider shutter that pulling away from the wall and he tells me that this is how all of their blinds are made with sun gaps. Great wa

We ordered shutters and not only did the product arrive late, but it was the wrong size. A truck had to be rented to return shutters to be resized. The worst part was that their customer service was awful; rude and unapologetic. Please save yourself the time and headache and go elsewhere.

Kwynn was recommended by our developer. She was very responsive and was often providing great suggestion to me. She informed me of what was included in the price and what was in the warranty. I even had my home inspector inspected their workmanship and the inspector had no findings, said that these people knew what they were doing. I appreciated all the shades the windows now have, making the house a lot cooler. Danke!

Kwynn was nice & knowledgeable sales rep by this company. As for the product per se, ofcourse based on what we chose and our budget, its good, nice and ok. I took off 1 star because the INSTALLERS were disrespectful to our wishes to put shoe covers or remove their shoes! Our house was brand new and on top of that, we are the type of people who do not wear outside shoes inside the house! They said its not safe for them to remove their shoes!!! Seriously? Our house was almost empty and clean. We, the owners were barefoot inside our own house, while them, carry the whole dirt inside our house!! Our Movers who carried very heavy appliances and furnitures inside the house, wore shoe covers!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for they have a lot of competitors that might respect your home whil

I got 13+ shutters done with them and I love them! They are very functional and make my home look amazing. The guys did a great job installing them and the customer service is on point. Also very affordable for very good quality shutters!
