Padcon Construction

I WOULDN'T EVEN RATE THEM ONE STAR! Padcon Construction is suitably named. “PAD” as in padding your bill for work not done, and if it is done, it's not done well AT ALL. And “CON” as in they are a bunch of con men. They installed our shower pan and now it leaks. They installed tile facing the wrong way and tried to tell me that they did it correctly. It wasn't. We asked. Them to center our lights. They didn’t. They installed two double outlets too close to the trim. When we asked them to fix it they refused. The only time all three partners were there was to collect a check. That’s the only thing they got right. They also threatened to put a mechanics lien on your property of you don't pay. Unprofessional, rude, took our money and only completed a quarter of the job and left. What was completed was done at a very slow pace. Months over projected completion date and theres only a quarter of work done. They don't answer or return our phone calls. Excuses after excuses until they just stopped calling or answering. Stay away!

I used PadCon to replace flooring in a rental property and the results were amazing, even though I was out of the country. Great price, great service!
