These guys hooked up my heat and air on my new mobile home. Had one issue a couple weeks after install. Called them Saturday morning when I noticed the issue. They had it fixed by Saturday afternoon. I’d use them again.

Can't say enough about Tommy and his crew at Central Heating and Air. They are amazing to work with and customer service is top notch! They go out of their way to make sure everything is right and customer is happy. They are the only company that will ever work on my air conditioner.

We had lightening strike our unit. I gave Tommy a call. He and Roger came out within a few hours. They checked things out thoroughly. They replaced some parts to see if it could be fixed that way Unfortunately the unit was totally fried and we had to get a new unit. I’m thankful that they tried to save us money by trying to fix with replacing parts needed. Thats total honesty. They had us a new unit within 3-4 days. I’d give them 20stars if it were available. Very knowledgeable , reliable and trust worthy!

Have used them for years and they are always very responsive and professional. Was looking to replace my AC unit and Tommy and Roger were so helpful and found just the one for my house. And now I am nice and cool. Thank you!! Thank you!! They really care about their customers and can be trusted.

Jesse went above and beyond coming out to our house and staying till 9:00 at night to fix our unit. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of this work! Anna the service manager was also amazing and showed genuine concern to fix our issue over the holiday weekend knowing we had little kids. When you find a company with employees who care it makes a big difference and I highly recommend Paducah Heating and Air!
