We had a phenomenal experience! The owners took time to read the fabric care instructions on our couch to ensure their cleaning agents were compatible. They had no problem wearing the shoe coverings that I requested and went above and beyond by mopping behind themselves as they left. They were on time, courteous, professional, and kind. They were able to lift water stains out of our couch that I thought were permanent and gave it new life! We will definitely be calling them back in the future!

We was very pleased with the job they did on our apartment and mother inlaws house. They returned my call quickly. They came when they said they would. Very professional and will definitely use them again.

We are from out of town and have a property in town with a short window of time to get the carpets cleaned. These gentleman were awesome and accommodating to us because of our time schedule. They communicated early with us to make sure everything was squared away and then did an outstanding job on cleaning the carpets. Great example of how a business should be ran. Great job!!!!

Paducah Steam does it again! They came the first time and gave our carpets and rugs a HUGE refresh! They just came back to do our sectional couch and spare room mattress! Such a wonderful feeling to have everything cleaned and brought back to life! Thank you guys!!

I cannot say enough good things about Robert and his steam carpet cleaning service here in Paducah! I was convinced I had completely ruined my white rug after trying to clean it myself and ending up with a terrible “brown out” mess. I honestly thought it was beyond saving. Robert showed up promptly, was professional and extremely knowledgeable, and reassured me right away that he could help. He explained what had happened with the fibers and the discoloration, and then went to work. To my amazement, when he finished, the rug looked brand new again—brighter and cleaner than I ever imagined possible. Not only did he save my rug, but he also saved me from the cost and stress of having to replace it. His expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for his work really set him apart. If y
