Paige plumbing was the plumber for my new build. They did not install a drain shoe correctly which resulted in a leak causing $3k worth of damage and unable to use bathroom for 5 months. The first of several visits, the plumber showed up unprepared without tools and no concept of what he was there to do. The plumbing tech then said I have to get to another appointment and just left. That following Monday they returned to remove the tub. They then came to remove the tub faucet prior to the floor being repaired, only to leave me without water for 4 days because they did not have the proper drain faucet cover for the floor despite this appointment being on the calendar for a month prior. This company hires highly unprofessional individuals. They leave the mess they create when cutting through drywall, I'm not talking about the dust. They have undesirable individuals with extremely poor hygiene coming into residences causing the whole house to smell like a walking cigarette. They can't read instructions and install showers correctly causing mold in brand new homes. They have individuals that caulk shower panels that shouldn't be caulked.

I had a great experience with Paige! They were prompt, professional, and took care of both the plumbing and electrical issues in my home quickly and efficiently. The team was friendly, explained everything clearly, and left the work area clean. It’s great to find a local company you can trust. Highly recommend!
