She was prompt, professional, and did a great job setting clear expectations before the project even began. The quote was sent quickly and the whole process felt very organized. Hiring the Paint Dr was the best experience my wife have ever had with a painting contractor! Noelle was professional, informative and over saw the job from start to finish. Their crew headed by Jesus were timely, professional, hard working , conscientious, and clean workers we have ever dealt with. Our basement looks amazing and after they left you would never know they were there. They protected all non painted items and areas. The workmanship and quality of the job was excellent! This past week, my wife and I observed a damaged seam between a wall and the ceiling in the master bedroom, apparently caused by home settling. I searched online for a painting company that served Sussex County, DE and discovered a family-owned company based in Newark, DE known as “Paint Doctor” who has served Delaware and surrounding areas for 20 years. I made an appointment for an estimate and the owner, Rich Edwards, arrived to view the damage. I had his estimate by the end of the day and accepted the contract. Rich assigned the job to his painter, Valerio, who completed the job in two days, including spackling and painting, restoring the seam to pristine condition. I would highly recommend Paint Doctor for interior or exterior painting, repairs or remodeling services.
