Russ came recommended by a very highly regarded business person and friend. He came and gave an estimate quickly, scheduled us a time slot to have all of our interior doors painted. He came as promised, did an outstanding job and offered offered his services to do any touchups as needed.

Russ came recommended to my husband and I many years ago. He has beautifully and professionally completed several jobs for us. We recently recommended him and his lovely wife to our son who recently bought his first house. Russ promptly gave a fair estimate for painting the entire interior of the house (including cathedral ceilings). He and his wife are prompt, easy to communicate with, very neat and precise with the painting and do a beautiful job! Would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again ourselves!

Be aware if you value professionalism and trust concerning service by Paint-It -Wright, Russel Wright, Oshkosh [PIW]. I contracted with PIW, a licensed professional painter, for exterior painting of a local property. The contract included a five year unconditional warranty for performance of satisfactory workmanship. PIW did not perform satisfactorily and did not abide with the warranty. The core issue is PIW did not provide advice about a need for sanding the surface of the house siding. Not doing so, and painting over only scraped areas of old peeled paint, left ragged edges and an uneven finish after painting. I had Russ replace my front porch with composite decking. Russ is a nice individual, but was disorganized as a contractor. He did not measure my deck properly, therefore we over purchased in materials initially. There were a bevy of other little issues that occurred which I will not mention. Looking back, his contract was not itemized, when it should've been. He conflated materials costs with labor. When the project was done, I paid Russ and he left without saying good bye. Even as a courtesy, he didn't ask if we were satisfied with our project. I walked on the porch and found the steps weren't screwed down so one of the planks fell off. We had to screw it ourselves. These are the little things that Russ overlooked. This was not a good experience and I would not recommend this contractor.

I have had Russ paint almost every room in my house plus a deck. He not only did a fantastic job, he always showed up when he said he would, worked until it was done. Once he even worked on Sunday because we had some family showing up unexpectedly so he finished before they arrived. That was above and beyond and was so appreciated at the time. He was a delight to do business with and have recommended him every chance I get.
