Jose was punctual and professional I had a quote on a monday and work started on Thursday. This was important as almost all other companies were booking weeks to months out and I needed the job done quickly. They completely transformed my home and I couldn't be happier with it.

Hello! Let me start off by saying, the new owners are amazing! We are so thankful for what they have done for us. We first used Painter 1 of Las Vegas in October of 2020 (different owners at the time). We hired them to paint our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Not only was the paint job horrendous but they warped 6 cabinet doors and then cracked them when attempting to fix them. In the end, we were left without 6 doors, a horrible paint job, and out of money. After several months of attempting to find someone to fix our cabinets, Lauren from Painter 1 contacted us and assured she and her team would do whatever they could to help us out. One of the most professional contracting companies I have ever worked with. Lauren communicated often, leaving very few questions for me to ask. When I asked a question, I received a fast and concise answer. The paint job on the exterior of my house was absolutely perfect!! When I am done remodeling the inside of my house in a few months, I will reach out to Lauren and Painter1 again to finish the interior!!!

It has been two weeks and Isaiah's team is still not done with my interior paint job. It should have been less than a week to finish, and they told me multiple times that they would have it finished. Other estimators said it would take less than one week. I scheduled for multiple appliance deliveries/carpet installation because they kept telling me that they would finish soon. Every single date that they told me was false. Three team members promised me that they would finish today on October 19th, and it's still not finished. And there was only one guy on the worksite when I visited yesterday. They also repeatedly stated that they were going to start spraying on so and so day, then never sprayed. After the first week, they completed half of the master bathroom and half of upstairs.

Lauren with Painter1 was awesome. Communications with them were clear and concise throughout the project. From helping us pick paint colors to making sure the project was completed correctly she was there for us. They did such an awesome job that our neighbor is now using them to paint their home too!
