Elzbieta did a fantastic job restoring my great grandmother’s painting, which was dirty and flaking quite a bit. Communication was easy and she is very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!

Elzbieta did an incredible job restoring a large (4' x 5') painting from the 60's that was flaking terribly. She was clearly very knowledgeable in what could and couldn't be done, and what was needed to ensure that the painting was not only repaired but also preserved for the future. Whereas before there were cracks all over the surface of the painting as well as areas where the paint had flaked off entirely, I now can't tell at all where any of the cracks were, or where the original paint had been lost. I am so, so happy with Elzbieta's work, and recommend her without hesitation. She is in high demand (understandably!), so be prepared for a bit of a wait. It's worth it!

My grandfather's painting is now 90+ years old. It was covered in layers of varnish, nicotine, soot and dirt. It had been cut and ripped, roughly scoured til the paint was rubbed off leaving many tiny spots where the canvas showed ---and most of those spots weren't visible until after Elzbieta's meticulous cleaning. The canvas itself was deteriorating from age and weather. I cannot thank Elzbieta enough for the amazing restoration she did. Her retouching of the hundreds of spots where paint was missing is imperceptible. I am actually overwhelmed and feel as though these are the clean brilliant colors and brushstrokes my Grandfather painted over 90 years ago. Elzbieta is a true master of her craft! She brought this piece that’s been in the family for years from looking not worth salvaging to better than ever for me! My mother is going to be so surprised when she gets it back for her birthday!

Elzbieta is a true artist. Her eye for detail, her patience, her realistic delivery schedules, and her kindness are all consistent and so valuable.
