There are very few contractors who actually call you back and/or show up when they say they're going to. This is definitely not a problem with Chris. He always responds promptly, whether it's a phone call or email, and schedules your job quickly. He is very accommodating of your schedule and his workmanship is second to none. He did a great job for us and I will keep his number handy should I ever require any restoration work in the future.

I have used Paladin for a variety of different projects, including mold removal/radon mitigation/sump pump replacement/general contracting and also a large insurance claim due to burst pipes. They are super responsive and show up quickly, are honest and reliable, and do quality work. I refer them regularly. Great group of people to know!

Dale has been an absolute god send. He has fixed multiple issues in my home. Water damage, mold, basement flooding, even my pipes backed up and BAM Dale was to the rescue. I had a pipe break in my basement going to my washing machine. I called servpro because they were the first name that popped up in the search results. The person who answered told me they guessed it was at least $5000 worth of damage and that was their portion only, not excluding putting my basement back together. I decided to shop around and called Paladin Restoration next. Chris said it was tough to give a solid number over the phone but hed be happy to come out for free to give me an idea of what was needed. He sucked out all the water and left some eq to dry everything for several days. Chris completed a mold remediation project for us. He did an outstanding job. Communicating with him was very easy thru email and mobile phone. he completed the project on time and was very professional.
