We had an amazing experience working with Palazzo Kitchen & Tile. Felipe and his team are experts at their craft and really helped evolve our vision into a kitchen beyond our dreams, as well as update our fireplaces into true works of art! The initial discussions on scope were informative and exciting, the selection of materials was fun and creative and the installation process was efficient and as smooth as we could ever ask. We couldn’t be happier with the results! We would definitely work with the team again and highly recommend getting the ‘Palazzo experience’!

I highly recommend Palazzo Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling. My husband and I popped in one afternoon last year just trying to get some ideas for our kitchen. We had been talking about a remodel for years, and I still did not know what I wanted. Laura cheerfully greeted us, listened and then gathered samples of the cabinets, quartz and flooring that is in our house today. We had some design challenges which Laura approached enthusiastically and creatively. We had a large open concept kitchen, family room and dining room that was not cohesive. Today, it is beautiful. In addition to appreciating the design, all inquires were answered promptly, workers arrived on time and we were called and notified of any problems. We will definitely be return customers. We signed a contract with Palazzo Kitchens and Baths in January of this year to remodel our kitchen, and we are thrilled with the results. Rebecca was our planner, and she spent many hours working with us on every detail, including some great custom features for our cabinets. She was patient with our search for the exact backsplash and flooring we wanted. We are enthusiastic cooks, and she helped us pick out options that are beautiful and practical. Arturo was our project manager. He visited regularly, and was very responsive to the few concerns that did come up. He personally supervised the few adjustments that we asked for. I think that being a repeat client as well as referring friends and neighbors to a company are the biggest endorsements of quality and satisfaction that you can give - we have done both! Palazzo completed a 5-star renovation of our main bathroom 2 years ago. Since that project was so successful, it was an easy decision to contract with them for the renovation last summer of our 1962 kitchen. Our best partner in crime was designer Kiersti, who also designed our bathroom. Her design skills are unsurpassed. She listens SO well to the clients ideas (which isn’t always the case with other designers…) and then works creatively with you to make the ideas come to fruition. Can’t stop smiling. Just finished my kitchen refresh and my only regret is not doing this years ago. Palazzo (Laura & Felipe) walked me through the process of replacing the countertop, backsplash and sink install. They asked lots of questions and I learned a lot about my own kitchen - I discovered I actually already had two countertops! The previous owner installed one over the original, I had no idea, but Felipe did :)
