Palladino Heating Services Inc.

I ordered oil from this company through COD FUEL SERVICES. I did not receive a receipt and was charged 3.69 per gallon instead of 2,69 per gallon because they stated my tank took 75 gallons instead of the initial 150. I requested several times for a receipt to see the actual amount that I received and still have not received it. The lady, which I assume is the owner, is very rude and dismissive. She gave me a whatever attitude and took no accountability for anything. She first stated the oil was delivered on time and the driver left the receipt. Her story changed after I told her that we can see that the oil was not delivered on the date and no receipt was left in the mailbox. I recommend not to use this company for anything. I’m still trying to find out where my 369 dollars has gone.
