I went in hoping to find a faucet cartridge I was unable to find anywhere else. I tried everywhere including on line. The gentleman there knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock and took the time to explain to me how it worked, what I needed to check before I started the work, how to install it properly & how to make sure there were no leaks. It this day and age of incompetence, this man knew his stuff. Thank you, my friend!

They were able to identify the shower cartridges I needed after bringing in the old ones and had them in stock. After a quick look at Lowe’s a few days prior, the prices here were at least 20% cheaper.

This store was the only one that carried the part I was looking for. I went to several stores in Cape Coral and finally landed in the right place. It saved me additional work in the shower. They have expert knowledge of what products they sell. Thank you.
