Had a really solid experience with Palm Build. I recently ran into an issue with my sink and the team was professional and easy to work with throughout the process. Max Maduro helped coordinate everything and communicated clearly the whole time, which made a stressful situation way more manageable. The work was handled efficiently and with care. Would definitely recommend Palm Build to anyone dealing with water or plumbing issues.

We had a dishwasher leak, which caused extensive mold problems. The Palm Build did a great job of demolition, containment, and mold remedy. The technicians set up the insulation did a great job, so were the demolition and mold treatment. Thank you Josbert and Freddy, and another guy who did set up of insulation. The only problem is lack of communication and notifications. We often get a notification the night before or same day for technician to come. On Dec. 26 and Jan. 2nd, I called office and no one answered the phone and no one responded my messages because we would like to know the plan so we could be available to them. Otherwise, they did a great job.

Best restoration company out there. Every single worker in my home was courteous, professional, precise, excellent communication and took care of my home. They treated my home like their own, answered questions and were all very friendly. Everyone gets an 11/10. Highly recommend this company for your water damage needs.
