Do not buy here. The HOA association in this place is being ran by actual crooks. DOUBLE CHECK every line item, fight every injustice against them, BUYER BEWARE. It has now been 8 months since we closed and Maria, the HOA president has still not returned our funds. She keeps giving us to run around believing everyone else, while she pockets thousands of dollars that belongs to us. We are now seeking legal action against her and the HOA, I highly encourage buyers to buy elsewhere.
Needs a lot of tender loving care.
