When I awoke to the sounds of a waterfall coming from my upstairs hot water heater it was not the greatest way to start my day! However I googled water damage repair in Brookings, Oregon and immediately Palm Restore popped up. I called the emergency phone number and by 8:05 AM a crew of amazing technicians were at my door. Every staff member of Palm Restore that has been at my house or whom I have spoken to on the phone has been kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. They have been efficient and hardworking with great communication. I especially appreciated Samuel going above and beyond with communicating with me. It is my pleasure to give this five star review.

Palm Industries is the worst restoration company Ive seen to date.As a realtor, I have seen a lot of restoration done. I had water damage. The tear down went fine. The fix was a devastation. They ruined my cement floor. They put tape on the floor, when they pulled it up the stain came up with it. They used brown stain on my green floor. They charged an unbelievable amount for putting furniture back, cleaning floors and windows, putting pictures back. They didn’t do any of that. My insurance co. Paid them anyway. By not paying them I thought it might help the next person get what they deserve
