Professional and helpful. Very courteous phone manners. Gentleman here exactly on time to install new dishwasher. Did so effeciently. We told him to ask for our help but never did. It worked fine at first attempt. The area was cleaned up and papers were left. I have no complaints. A+ for South Coast Appliance today!

We were greeted with smiles and ready to purchase a clothes dryer within the first 5 minutes. The store looks amazing and they have a great selection! Our dryer was delivered today with smiles and knowledge! It is definitely above our expectations! (I’m sorry I don’t remember names at all but you know who you are!)

The parts counter staff woman (sorry didn’t catch your name) was very friendly and helpful to ensure I got the correct part. They scheduled with me and were on time for the appointment. Robert the repairman was very friendly, explained everything he was gonna do, and while he was out here he checked my washer over as well since I’d not had it serviced in a while. This company is very professional and courteous. I will definitely call them for any repair or future purchases on new appliances that I may need! Thank you guys!
