We contacted Palmer construction when we noticed we had a leak in our roof (Palmer did not do the original roof). After contacting them they were able to quickly come out and explain the process and the options for fixing the leak. We were struck by their professionalism and passion for the work they do. The job was done well and we have not had a problem since. They were very reasonable in their pricing and answered all our questions.

Palmer Construction replaced our entire roof, and we are happy with the results. During the estimate process, they carefully inspected the roof, took lots of photos, and shared them with us. They clearly explained the plan and pointed out the damaged areas using those photos, which made everything easy to understand. Their communication throughout the process was great. After the installation, they used a drone to take photos of the completed roof and shared them with us. Since we can’t go up on the roof ourselves, this gave us great peace of mind knowing everything was done properly and that our roof is in great condition! Overall, they are thorough and professional!

Palmer construction helped us so much after our home was damaged in a flood. They helped provide water mitigation and repair, did reconstruction and remodeling and also helped us add an addition onto our house, including a new roof.
