We have a home in Tilghman and have used Palmer's Plumbing in the past and have always been impressed. Most recently, we had an issue with our well and water supply to the house. The woman I spoke to on the phone to set up the appointment was professional and friendly. Dan, the plumber, was right on time and professional, courteous and efficient. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time at all. As always, the cost was quite reasonable. It seems like it gets more and more difficult to find good and dependable service providers these days. It is a blessing and relief for us to know that we can count on Palmer's for all our plumbing needs - just a top-notch company in all respects.

After waking up to a kitchen sink not draining on the last of the frigid nights we’ve endured, I called Palmer around 7am knowing they don’t open until 8. At approximately 7:45am I received a call from the office and was told a technician would be at our house between 9 and 11. I was grateful for the immediate response as well as being very pleased to be getting an issue addressed so quickly especially with sub freezing temperatures we’ve had. The next communication was a text from Trey letting us know his ETA. I couldn’t have asked for better service! We will use Palmer for all of our plumbing repairs and projects.

We called Palmer’s on a Friday afternoon for our pipes knocking in the entire house without any water even running. They had someone out there to diagnose and then fixed the problem for a very reasonable price within 90 minutes. We have had multiple plumbers out for the same issue who not only failed to fix the problem, but made it worse. These guys are great!

🌊✨ Out with the old and in with the new! Over the weekend, our water heater finally decided it was time to retire.We called Palmer’s Plumbing, and they came to the rescue! 🚿 They installed a brand new Navien 240S2 tankless water heater in about 5 hours, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Exceptional service, communication, and ability to think outside the box! We had a separated pipe under a brick patio which others forecasted we'd have to demolish. Trey and his team were able to assess the situation and find an alternative route that did not require any major inconvenience. They were professional and great to work with.
