Jeremy was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained every step of the process, what he was testing, and asked permission before accessing different areas of my home. He identified an unplugged component that was preventing my system from working, restored heat right away, and confirmed everything was operating properly before leaving. Honest, transparent, and efficient service like this is hard to find. I highly recommend Palmetto Air Conditioning and will absolutely use them again.

We had a scheduled system maintenance with Palmetto Air Conditioning Co. and also asked the technicians to check some other issues. They discovered a problem and fixed it. No more worries! Doc and Jeremy kept me informed about what they were doing and what needed to be done after their inspection of the hvac units. They were very polite and professional. I also want to thank Trent for coming out to the house and giving us information about our choices moving forward.
