I am in awe of how swift and thorough the service was. Of course my hvac went down late in the afternoon and no one would come look at it. These guys drove an hour, found the motor had shorted, then had a motor brought down and replaced it.. within hours! I am so thankful someone sent me their number! Great work guys! Will be following through with their maintenance program.

We were doing some construction and ripped out a rug and found saturated plywood underneath. We traced it back to our HVAC. Daniel was at the house by lunch and got us up and running. We knew we were on borrowed time with our current system, he quoted us the price for a new system. The had several financing options as well. The next day RJ, Adam, and Jackson came and installed our new HVAC system! They worked quickly, cleanly, and made sure we understood the new thermostat before they left. One of your drivers tried to run me off of the road the evening of 7/3 around 7pm. I was passing them in the left lane and they sped up to get slightly ahead of me and then attempted to run me into the median. I don’t know anything about the quality of work you do but the people you hire are garbage.

Mike and his team made scheduling easy for an HVAC inspection for a house closing. They arrived early and were quick to get it done and gave us a list of the small maintenance items that needed to be done. Thank you!

Everyone I’ve had interactions with have been fantastic! I bought a house in the spring and the A/C never worked properly. That’s when I first contacted them, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. We tried some cheaper fixes first, which I greatly appreciated since I JUST bought the house. In the end we ended up going with a mini-split system. They have always been quick to get here, and everyone is so polite and friendly. I especially appreciate the multiple times that Scott has been here well after closing time to fix things. I work 35 minutes away and it’s just me, so it’s hard for me to be at the house during business hours and Scott has really tried to work around that for me. I highly recommend Palmetto Air Solutions!
