I bought a dryer from these people from their home on Burton Street through Facebook marketplace. They assured me the timer was good that the heating element was bad so I went and purchased the dryer. Checked it as soon as I got home and it was the timer that was bad after they assured me over and over again that it was good and that it was just a bad heating element. I had a heating element at home to repair it if it was the heating element. They said they would order me a timer through their company to make up for it. His wife strung me along for days and days saying they was working on it! I would not recommend these people. They are scam artist they scammed me on $75 I just can’t imagine being scammed out at $200 or $300. Units that they are saying are working and good to go.I Made o

Arrived promptly. Dale installed a dishwasher. Sounds simple. Not! Old house. Crooked cabinets. The well-experienced knowledge of this man was very impressive. He worked on making every adjustment possible. I think he actually enjoyed the challenge. After over 2 hours on working nonstop, perfect! Very reasonably priced. I'm sold on using Sims for any installations or repairs in the future. Small town local business with very skilled contractors.

Mr. Sim was very professional, fixed our problem quickly, and his charge was unbelievably reasonable compared to any other repair person who has come out to our home. I will always call on him when I have an appliance malfunction.
