Customer service provided by Becky is horrible! Very rude! The plumber’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Despite the fact that everyone was home — and it was obvious from the noise inside — he never made any real attempt to contact us. He didn’t knock on the door, didn’t ring the bell, and simply walked away while my family memember was right there in the front yard. This kind of careless, unprofessional conduct is absolutely infuriating — especially when it leads to an unjustified charge.

This is third time in the last month that members of our extended family were very pleased with Palo Alto Plumbing. For today's plumbing job at our house, Jake was terrific. He came on time, he was obviously very skilled, he knew that we had old plumbing fixtures and he knew how to work with them, and he got the faucet replaced in 1/2 an hour even though we thought it would take much more time. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He was also willing to wear a mask. He even wore covers on his shoes when he came indoors to keep our house clean.

I have contacted Palo Alto Plumbing on 4 occasions. On all 4 occasions I can report the same consistent high level of service and competency. 1) they got the job done. first try, and in an efficient manner 2) they arrived on time, (sounds funny to have to say that but you would be surprised how other service providers are) 3) they were polite 4) they even made payment (which is very fair in my opinion) easy to do. Special shout out to Joe, Jacob and most of all Charlotte. ;-)

This is an old fashioned good old neighborhood plumbing store. I have been using them since our family moved to the Bay Area. They are down to the earth, professional, knowledgeable and most important, very honest. I have been using a lot of their services from the company all these years. The are all excellent. I just too lazy to write any reviews. However, I just had a pipe leakage and water was gushing out. I called PAHP. Charlotte told me they were booked up till Monday even for after-hour service. But she could try as this was an emergency. The technician came in half an hour and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. He just finished his work several blocks down the road and could squeeze me in. Absolutely stellar service and professional beyond belief. I called right at the end of day yesterday to get a leaking pipe fixed and they immediately responded sending Rico to fix the issue. It turned out to be far more complicated than anyone expected and took close to three hours to resolve. As the issues became more complex, Rico just kept smiling, solving and moving forward. He was exceptional in every way and I will never use anyone else in this area other than PA Plumbing and Heat.
